RX27 Cement Resistor SPS Cement Resistance 0R To 150kR Ohm 2W 5W 7W 10W 15W 20W with Mounting Bracket
Product Description
Cement resistors are resistors encapsulated in refractory mortar (commonly called cement). The resistance wire is wound around an alkali-free, heat-resistant ceramic core, protected with heat-resistant, moisture-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials, then placed within a square ceramic frame and sealed with special non-flammable, heat-resistant cement.
Key Features
Available in two types: ordinary cement resistors and wire-wound cement resistors
High-power resistors capable of handling larger currents
Small size with excellent shock resistance
Moisture resistant and heat resistant with good heat dissipation
Cost-effective solution for high-current applications
Widely used in power adapters, audio equipment, instruments, and automotive applications
Applications
Ideal for use in series with motors to limit starting current, power adapters, audio equipment, audio crossovers, instruments, meters, televisions, automotive systems, and other electronic equipment requiring high-power resistance.
